What were you doing today at 4:00 am? I know! You were snoring under the blankets. As for me I was already up and headed to the bakery to make my first baguette:))) There is a French song ” Il est 5 heures Paris s’éveille ” (“It is 5 o’clock Paris is waking up”), well, this is not exactly true – when I arrived at the bakery at 5 am there was not a single human being in the streets:) At 5 h 30 I got down to job. Vive la French baguette!
